Experience That Comes From the Field
I began working in the locksmith trade in 2005. My background includes residential and commercial locksmith service, automotive locksmithing, institutional locksmithing at a major Las Vegas resort, commercial door hardware, master-key systems, access-control equipment and safe service.
As my career progressed, safes became a major focus of my work. I later served as a Lead Safe Technician, helping develop an in-house field-service team serving customers across the country. I also served as a Field Technician Trainer, training and mentoring technicians in safe service, troubleshooting and proper field-service procedures.
That work included servicing traditional and electronic safes, smart safes and cash-handling equipment for Fortune 500 companies and other major commercial customers nationwide.
Why Tru Tech?
My family and I relocated to Tennessee to be closer to family. That move also created the opportunity to build a company of my own around the work I know best.
